Search Through Matchfinder
Despite the name, Matchfinder doesn't appear to have a matching algorithm. You don't need to sign up in order to search, though. All we had to do was put in our preferences (gender, age, location) and away we went. While there are slim pickings, the search is pretty comprehensive and can give you a feel for the site before you even sign up.
Other Features
Matchfinder's flirt function works in the same way as it does on a lot of dating sites. It provides users with a way to grab another user's attention. Messages can also be exchanged in order to facilitate communication.
Whilst premium membership can be bought, the nice thing about Matchfinder is that most functions are free. You can upload up to 5 photos and even reply to messages (though you cannot initiate a conversation). One thing to be avoided, however, is their dating advice section which has somewhat dubious advice.
