The process to create the profile is a bit too long in our opinion, being this a personals site.

It has a mix of normal profile pictures and other very explicit pictures. So if you are looking for a more decent dating site, this is not for you.

UpForIt.com has lots of fun features (such as voice-video chat, text messaging, fun rating icons, gifts, winks, live-webcams...) and a tool-bar to reach those features easily. You can even see if someone is available to meet that night or the next day.

It has a modern design but a bit unstructured.

PlentyOfFish.com can probably be seen as the largest free online dating site in the English speaking world. Like most dating sites, though, your success on PlentyOfFish (sometimes referred to as POF.com) will depend heavily on where you live and what country you live in. In the UK, PlentyOfFish members often find it difficult due to the strange way the postcodes are laid out (this is unlike the United States where it is a lot more regulated and regimented!).

OkCupid is a mix between a personals ads site and an online matchmaking website, which uses extensive questionnaires and quizzes to find suitable matches for its users. The feature that makes OkCupid stand out from all other matchmaking sites is that you are able to message other users for free. OkCupid has are around 80,000 members who login in every day and over 4 million registered users.

You begin by answering a series of questionnaires and quizzes concerning your likes, dislikes, preferences, turn offs etc. The more you answer, the more likely your best match will be found for you. Once you have finished answering all of the questions, you are able to search through profiles of other users.

If you prefer, you can let OkCupid do the work and find a match for you by using one of their matching services. One of them is called  “quickmatch”.
